1 packet taco seasoning

2 cans (14 oz each) canned diced tomatoes

1 can (15 oz) canned corn, drained

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed

4 cups beef or chicken broth (vegetable broth for vegetarians)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

Tortilla chips, crushed (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

Heat a large pot over medium heat and brown the ground meat.

    Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.

      Stir in the taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, corn, and black beans.

        Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle simmer.

          Gradually add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
